2024/25 Home Kit

'Instant classic' | Social media reacts to the new 2024/25 Home Kit

West Ham United launched our new Umbro Home Kit on Wednesday morning - and Hammers fans have been taking to social media to offer their praise.

The Irons' new look for the 2024/25 season is inspired by our 1960s golden era, when Bobby Moore, Martin Peters, Geoff Hurst and their teammates lit the torch of brilliance for generations to come.

The new kit features a claret body with blue sleeves and in a nod to the classic 1960s style, a round neck and claret detailing on the sleeve cuffs. It also features a new commemorative Umbro diamond logo, which has been designed to mark the famous British sportswear company’s 100th anniversary.

The Claret and Blue Army also enjoyed the kit's launch video, which features cameos from some of the Club’s well known supporters including film and TV stars Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Tony Way and Harry Collett alongside 1965 Cup Winners’ Cup-winning legend Brian Dear and Roberta Moore, daughter of the late, great West Ham and England captain Bobby Moore. It also brings together modern-day stars like Jarrod Bowen and future prospect George Earthy.

The film boasts a specially commissioned soundtrack from The Rifles, and was was shot in E.Pellicci – the best-preserved old school café in Bethnal Green, right in West Ham United’s East End heartland.
