West Ham United women's team were unfortunate to fall to a 2-0 defeat by Chelsea in the Barclays Women’s Super League on Sunday afternoon.
The Hammers fell behind after only two minutes at Chigwell Construction Stadium when Aggie Beever-Jones slotted home, but should have been level just over ten minutes later when Honoka Hayashi's goal was wrongly ruled out for offside.
Rehanne Skinner's team had a whole host of chances to level the game before half time, but they went begging.
Late on in the second half, Erin Cuthbert made sure of a win for the Blues, whilst those in Claret & Blue were left to wonder what could have been had decisions gone their way and their efforts found the net.
Highlights from the defeat are now available to view in the video player above.
