West Ham United women's team are into the semi-finals of the Subway® Women’s League Cup!
A brilliant Wednesday evening at Brisbane Road saw Rehanne Skinner's side complete a first-half turnaround against London rivals Tottenham Hotspur to come away 2-1 victors, and set up a last-four tie at Chelsea in early February.
After Martha Thomas opened the scoring with a tenth-minute header, the Hammers responded with two goals in the space of five minutes.
The first came as Seraina Piubel rounded off a scintillating Irons counter-attack, involving full debutant Shekiera Martinez and Emma Harries, before Kirsty Smith's free-kick ghosted into the far corner of the net.
