West Ham United women's team picked up another positive result at Chigwell Construction Stadium on Saturday as they held Manchester United to a goalless draw in the Barclays Women's Super League.
Rehanne Skinner's side, now unbeaten in four matches, frustrated their third-place opponents in Dagenham, restricting them to few clear-cut sights at goal, to keep their fourth league clean sheet of the campaign, and their second in the last three matches.
The Hammers could have won the contest right at the death had they managed to apply the finishing touch to a number of late breakaways, but they earned a hard-fought point for their efforts at full-time.
