West Ham United's Tomáš Souček, Vladimír Coufal and Paquetá all enjoyed success on the international stage on Saturday.
Souček and Coufal both started as Czechia's fine start to qualifying for UEFA Euro 2024 continued with a 3-0 win in the Faroe Islands.
Having taken four points from their opening two games, the Czechs maintained their unbeaten record by comfortably seeing off their opponents in Tórshavn.
First half goals from Sparta Prague's Ladislav Krejčí and FC Twente's Václav Černý put the visitors in total control, before Černý's second of the game, 15 minutes from time, added gloss to the scoreline.
It means Souček's 59th and Coufal's 37th caps were victorious ones, as their nation extended their lead over Poland at the head of Group E to four points, albeit having played a game more.
Paquetá, meanwhile, also featured from the start at Brazil took on Guinea in a friendly match in Barcelona.
The Hammers midfielder played 65 minutes to help his country to a 4-1 success on the occasion of his 41st cap.
By the time he was withdrawn, Brazil led 3-1 thanks to goals from Newcastle United midfielder Joelinton and Real Madrid pair Rodrygo and Éder Militão, the latter assisted by Paquetá.
A late fourth from another Real Madrid star, Vinícius Júnior, completed the scoring.
Elsewhere, Nayef Aguerd was a starter as Morocco suffered a 2-1 defeat to South Africa in qualifying for next year's Africa Cup of Nations.
Despite their defeat, Morocco have already made sure of progress to the finals in Ivory Coast and can still top Group K should they defeat Liberia in their final qualifier in September.
