Watch training from a unique perspective as West Ham United women’s team continue their hard work in Western Australia.

The Hammers are competing in the four-team Perth International Football Cup during their ten-day trip Down Under, and after their narrow defeat to Paris Saint-Germain on Thursday, are now set to take on Leicester City in the tournament third-place play-off.

As the preparations continue behind the scenes, we fitted Kinga Szemik, Camila Sáez and Viviane Asseyi with GoPro cameras, bringing supporters close to the action.

Ever wondered what it’s like to be coached by boss Rehanne Skinner and the rest of the staff, what it’s like to compete with the other players on the field, or what drills the squad complete ahead of gameday?

Look no further! Take a look at the video player above to find out!
