West Ham United continue their 2023/24 Premier League campaign with a trip to Fulham.
The Hammers have not lost one of their last six head-to-head meetings and so there are plenty of reasons for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers to cast an eye over Hammers players.
Gameweek 16 will see the Irons play in a third consecutive London derby, having drawn 1-1 against Crystal Palace, before a 2-1 win against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday evening.
Make sure you note the FPL transfer deadline, as Gameweek 16 will start on Saturday 9 December 2023 at 11am.
On whufc.com, we’ll be giving you tips and tricks and Hammers to watch across the season!
Across the next two fixtures, all eyes are on Vladimír Coufal!
Coufal continues to assist
It’s safe to say it has been a pretty impressive season so far from Vladimír Coufal (£4.6m).
The flying full-back has registered five Premier League assists already this season and has been a constant attacking threat down the right-hand side.
Most recently, Coufal picked up an assist in the 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace. The Hammer ran onto a perfect pass from James Ward-Prowse and put it on a plate for Mohammed Kudus, who then found the net.
Impressively, that fixture was also Coufal’s 100th in the Premier League and arguably this season looks set to be one of his best.
Alongside that assist against the Eagles, Coufal has also picked up a goal contribution against Manchester City, Liverpool, Newcastle United, and Sheffield United.
Coufal has now returned 42 points in FPL this season and will look to repeat the feat of a clean sheet away to Fulham from last campaign.
Owned by just 3.5 per cent of players, there is no doubt that Coufal could prove a welcome addition to your FPL line-up in the next few weeks.
Opposition watch: Fulham
One player to pick out for Fulham might be Willian (£5.3m). The midfielder picked up 15 points in a recent outing against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Further forward, Raul Jimenez (£5.2m) has made mark in recent weeks. He scored against Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest and has started Fulham’s last four matches.
Last time out, he struck twice in a 5-0 win to return a best FPL Gameweek haul in 2023/24 of 13 points.
