West Ham United’s WhatsApp channel is evolving to include the same helpful supporter information that we currently post on X.
Since October 2023, the channel has been a place for supporters to receive all the latest news, updates, and other content. Now, run by the Supporter Services team, it will be focused on matchday and ticketing information, providing another way for supporters to receive the critical matchday information they need.
Following a recent fan survey, it was clear supporters felt WhatsApp would be a helpful way to access timely updates directly to their mobile, complementing the existing @WestHamHelp channel on X.
From the Manchester United fixture onwards, the Fan Information channel will be where supporters can find important information for all men’s and women’s first team home and away matches, alongside publication of key ticketing news during the week.
We’d love your feedback on what type of content would be helpful to include on both our Fan Information channel on WhatsApp and @WestHamHelp on X.
Across both channels, we will be sharing a link to a survey after all our upcoming fixtures asking for your views on the channel, and what more you would like to see.

To join the Fan Information Channel with your WhatsApp account, simply follow this link.
Existing subscribers will not need to update anything with their WhatsApp account and will now receive fan information directly moving forward.
