Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, in association with Heineken...

West Ham United's Premier League future was looking decidedly uncertain as the clock ticked towards 90 minutes with the score locked at 2-2 in the Irons' home game with Chelsea on 1 July 2020.

Goals from Tomáš Souček and Michail Antonio had seen the Hammers come from behind to take a 2-1 lead, only for Willian's brace to peg them back.

As things stood, West Ham were 17th in the table, level on 27 points with Aston Villa and AFC Bournemouth inside the relegation zone with just six matches left to play.

And then, the moment that changed everything happened...

Declan Rice hooked the ball clear, Antonio chested it into the path of Pablo Fornals, who immediately prodded it back to the centre-forward. Antonio span and released Andriy Yarmolenko, who carried into the penalty area, expertly turned past Antonio Rüdiger and fired unerringly past Thibaut Courtois to snatch a vital victory for David Moyes' side.

West Ham would go on to beat Norwich City and Watford and draw with Newcastle United, Manchester United and Aston Villa to reach 39 points and stay up with a game to spare, and it was the Ukrainian's superb late winner against Frank Lampard's Blues that gave them the belief to do so.

Relive the big moments from that night again here!
