Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, presented by Heineken...
It was on this day in 2006 that Marlon Harewood's dramatic, last minute strike sealed a 1-0 win over London rivals Arsenal.
Alan Pardew's men, FA Cup finalists the previous season, were in need of the points following a slow start to the 2006/07 season, and Harewood's goal ensured they got them - building on a 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers the previous week.
Matthew Etherington combined with Teddy Sheringham to lay on the chance for Harewood, who made no mistake when sliding in from close range, sparking wild celebrations at the Boleyn Ground - and a disagreement between managers Pardew and Arsène Wenger!
The Hammers moved up to 15th in the table with this victory, but a month later Pardew left his post as the team's poor form returned. Under Alan Curbishley, the Hammers would famously pull off their Great Escape come the end of ths season.
