Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, presented by Heineken...

Marlon Harewood was at the double to settle a London derby duel with Queens Park Rangers on this day in 2004.

Alan Pardew's West Ham United were looking to build momentum in their promotion campaign - and bounce back from a heavy midweek defeat at Cardiff City - and they did so with a deserved 2-1 victory.

Harewood opened the scoring with a first half penalty, although it looked as though Rangers would claim an unlikely share of the spoils when Kevin McLeod struck from range with 18 minutes left.

However, Harewood would have the final say to send the Hammers crowd home happy.

The Irons would go on to win promotion via the Play-offs come the end of the campaign.

Enjoy the goals from the win over our west London rivals again in the video player above.
