Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, in association with Heineken...
West Ham United's promotion winning 2011/12 campaign got a boost on this date in the calendar when Blackpool were the visitors to the Boleyn Ground, and returned to Lancashire well-beaten.
The Hammers scored four goals without reply, John Carew opening the scoring with just 12 minutes played.
Three goals in 12 second half minutes put the outcome beyond doubt, as Sam Baldock netted twice and Jack Collison added a fourth.
The Irons would, of course, go on to defeat the same opponents in the Championship Play-Off final seven months later.
