Marko Arnautović returned to Stoke City and scored in a 3-0 West Ham United win in December 2017.

The Hammers secured a deserved Premier League win in the Potteries, continuing a fine run under David Moyes which had also seen them defeat Chelsea and draw with Arsenal in their previous two top-flight matches.

And, thanks to former Stoke forward Arnautović, the Londoners followed up those encouraging results with a first away victory of the season in the top-flight.

Skipper Mark Noble set the tone with a first half penalty before the Austrian silenced the home fans with a cool finish on the end of a smart move.

Substitute Diafra Sakho slotted home a third late on from another Manuel Lanzini assist to send the Claret and Blue Army back down the motorway with smiles on their faces.
