West Ham United's Emirates FA Cup third round tie against Bristol City has been set for Sunday 7 January.
The Irons will welcome the EFL Championship side to London Stadium for a 2pm kick-off.
Bristol City, managed by one time Hammers U21s lead coach Liam Manning, are currently 14th in the Championship, with 25 points from 19 games.
The Irons last faced the Ashton Gate side in the 2014/15 campaign, when Diafra Sahko's header earned us a 1-0 FA Cup fourth round victory in the West Country.
West Ham are undefeated in their last eleven meetings with the Robins, dating back to 1978.
