West Ham United can confirm that midfielder Dan Chesters has joined EFL League Two side Salford City on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign.
The 21-year-old has made 15 appearances for the U21s this season and played a key role as Steve Potts’s side reached the last 16 of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy and moved to second place in Premier League 2.
Chesters, who spent the first half of the 2022/23 season on loan at EFL League Two side Colchester United, and can play at full-back, across the midfield and the attack, will once again pick up further senior experience in English football’s fourth tier.
Everyone at West Ham United would like to wish Dan all the very best for his loan spell at Salford City.
