Spain international midfielder Carlos Soler became West Ham United's ninth arrival of an exciting summer transfer window when he put pen-to-paper on a season-long loan from Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day.
The 27-year-old links up with the Irons after spending the last two seasons at the Parc des Princes, where he won two league titles, a French Cup and a Trophée des Champions winner's medal.
His time in France continued a trophy-laden career to date, which began in senior football with a debut for hometown club Valencia at 19.
Soler helped Valencia to lift the Copa del Rey in 2019, while twice playing in Champions League campaigns with the Spanish side.
On the international scene, he was a UEFA U21 European Championship winner that same year, while he travelled to the 2022 FIFA World Cup and has won 14 senior caps.
