Jarrod Bowen has been included in England’s squad for two home October internationals.
The 26-year-old caps an impressive start to the season by being named in Gareth Southgate’s 25-man squad for the first time since September 2022.
England will take on Australia in an international friendly on Friday 13 October at Wembley Stadium at 7.45pm BST.
The Three Lions will then host Italy in a 2024 UEFA Euro qualifier on Tuesday 17 October at 7.45pm BST, also to be played at Wembley Stadium.
Bowen has made four caps for England including a senior international debut against Hungary in 2022.
Across that June window 15 months ago, the No20 also featured in UEFA Nations League fixtures against Germany, Italy, and the reverse fixture against Hungary.
With both home matches played at Molineux Stadium, Bowen, who has six goal contributions in seven Premier League appearances in 2023/24, could now make his first England appearance at Wembley.
The 26-year-old also seeks his first senior international goal, having scored in four of his last five league outings for Club.
