West Ham United women's team are preparing to begin the new Barclays Women's Super League campaign on Sunday, when they will welcome Manchester City to Chigwell Construction Stadium.
The Hammers were put through their paces on Friday afternoon as international stars returned after the conclusion of the September break which saw eleven of the team head out on duty.
Training, therefore was jovial as the team got together for the first time ahead of facing the Citizens, who finished 4th in the WSL standings last term.
West Ham TV were on hand to capture the best of the action from the session, as manager Rehanne Skinner prepares to lead the team in a competitive fixture for the first time.
