The 49-year-old joined the Hammers on a two-and-a-half year contract earlier on Thursday and immediately set to work ahead of our FA Cup third-round tie at Aston Villa on Friday.
Our cameras were on hand as Potter put pen-to-paper on his contract, had a first look at his new London Stadium home, and conducted his media duties.
