West Ham United is pleased to confirm that some of our supporters will be able to join us for our fifth UEFA Europa League Group H fixture, with ticketing arrangements now confirmed for our trip to Rapid Vienna on Thursday 25 November.
The Hammers have been allocated the maximum away tickets available - 1,700 - for the match against the Austrian side at the Allianz Stadion, as David Moyes’ team look to continue their superb form in Europe that has seen them take maximum points from the opening three matches.
Tickets – all priced at £25 each – will go on sale, first to Bondholders at 3pm on Tuesday 2 November, then Away Scheme Members at 5pm the same day. Please click here for full sales dates. Eligible accessibility supporters should please contact the Club on 0333 030 0174.
Supporters successful in purchasing a ticket will be issued with a voucher, which they will be able to exchange for their match ticket from West Ham United staff in Vienna, upon displaying Photo ID. Tickets are non-refundable nor non-transferable and sold in conjunction with the host Club. Full details of the collection point will be communicated directly to those match-attending supporters in due course.
To enter the stadium fans will need to show proof of vaccination, or proof of recovery from COVID-19 in the past six months. A negative test will not gain you access to the stadium.
Supporters are advised that Allianz Stadion is a cashless venue, with fans needing to obtain a pre-paid card which can be topped up with credit in order to purchase food and drink inside the stadium. Cash and credit/debit card payments cannot be accepted.
To provide both flexibility and convenience for our supporters, the Club is offering two options:
- £25 - Ticket purchase only (secure your pre-paid card on arrival and top it up with your preferred amount of credit - €10, €20, €30 or €50)
- £50 - Ticket + £25 (value in GBP) credit pre-loaded onto your pre-paid card for use inside the stadium
Supporters can add credit to their pre-paid cards at Allianz Stadion, though we would advise arriving at least two hours prior to kick-off in order to make arrangements.
West Ham United Ticketing and Supporter Services staff will be at the stadium to welcome you on arrival and to offer support and assistance with anything you need.
A proportion of tickets will also be made available for Club partners and Club London Members, with dedicated Relationship Managers contacting partners and members directly. Club London Members will be emailed, and those who have not already done so will be able to register their interest and enter a ballot for available tickets.
Austria is currently on the UK Government’s green list for travel, but supporters should be aware that this can change at any time. Supporters should be aware of and comply with Austria’s entry requirements as well as the United Kingdom’s re-entry requirements before securing a ticket.
Supporters can click here for full information on the requirements for entering Austria from the UK.
If you provide proof of vaccination, or a medical certificate of full immunisation, you do not have to self-isolate or register upon entry to Austria. If you cannot provide proof of vaccination, you also need to complete a pre-travel clearance form not more than 72 hours before entry to Austria and self-isolate for 10 days.
You can also find more information on the Austrian Government website here.
All supporters planning to purchase a ticket for the trip to Rapid Vienna are advised to ensure that all requirements for entry to Austria and on your return to the UK are met, as the Club wouldn’t want you to receive a possible fine and/or the need to quarantine unnecessarily, as well as having the correct insurance in case of changes/cancellations to your trip.
There is a COVID-19 test centre at Westfield Stratford that can be used to book tests. It is your responsibility to check with your travel provider that they will accept this documentation before booking a test.
Direct flights to Vienna are available from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted and London Luton Airports. There are also a large range of hotels available in Vienna.
