West Ham United will kick-off the 2021/22 Premier League season with an away match at Newcastle United.
The Hammers will be seeking to bounce back after losing home and away to the Magpies last season, including a dramatic 3-2 defeat at St James' Park in April, and looking to end a four-match winless run against their opening-day opponents.
The Irons' most recent win at Newcastle came in December 2018, when Chicharito and Felipe Anderson were among the goals in a 3-0 victory.
The Premier League hopes COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted sufficiently by 14 August to allow away fans to attend matches in stadiums containing capacity crowds.
Elsewhere, newly promoted Brentford host Arsenal in their first-ever Premier League fixture, while fellow new boys Norwich City and Watford are at home to Liverpool and Aston Villa respectively.
Champions Manchester City are also in London, at Tottenham Hotspur, while Chelsea welcome Crystal Palace in another derby.
Like West Ham, Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton are also on the road north to Burnley and Everton respectively, while Leicester City host Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United welcome Leeds United to Old Trafford.
