Quick Fact: A versatile attacker with quick feet and a keen eye for a defence-splitting pass, Swyer – who until recently had ‘Simon-Swyer’ on the back of his shirt – has been at the Academy of Football since he was just eight. Having made his U23s debut in October, the 18-year-old put pen-to-paper on his first professional contract as a footballer in December.
