Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, in association with RoadX Tyres...
Trevor Sinclair and Freddie Kanoute were on target as West Ham United beat Blackburn Rovers 2-0 on this day in 2002.
The Hammers had lost 7-1 to Rovers earlier on in the season and headed into the contest eager to make amends for such a poor showing at Ewood Park
Sinclair put Glenn Roeder's side ahead after just 16 minutes, the veteran forward firing past Brad Friedel after a mazy run from midfield.
The lead was doubled in the 56th minute by Kanoute, who latched onto a pinpoint pass from Paolo Di Canio, the Malian striker slid ball under Friedel to seal the all three points.
