West Ham United can confirm that Erin Simon has completed a transfer to National Women’s Soccer League side Houston Dash.
The versatile full-back returns to her home nation after spending a year-and-a-half in Claret and Blue.
Simon made the move to West Ham from Sky Blue FC in September 2018 and made 25 appearances for Matt Beard’s side, including 18 in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League.
The 25-year-old played a crucial role in the Irons’ run to the SSE Women’s FA Cup Final last season, starting at right-back against Manchester City at Wembley Stadium last May.
Everyone at West Ham United would like to thank Erin for all her efforts during her tenure with the Club and wish her every success in the future.
