Team news: Sébastien Haller returns for Manchester United test

TEAM

Sébastien Haller has returned to the West Ham United starting XI for this evening's Premier League match with Manchester United.

After manager David Moyes confirmed Michail Antonio would miss out on the clash at London Stadium with a hamstring injury, Haller takes his place in the team in the only change to the side.

The Ivory Coast international scored on his last start for the Irons, in the 1-0 victory away to Sheffield United 13 days ago, and the forward will be looking to add to the six goals he has already netted in all competitions this campaign.

The rest of the team remains unchanged, meaning Łukasz Fabiański will be looking to retain his record of the fewest goals conceded at home in the Premier League this season (four) when he takes to the pitch.

A back-three of Fabián Balbuena, November's EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month nominee Angelo Ogbonna, and Aaron Cresswell lines up in defence, while Vladimír Coufal and Arthur Masuaku operate as wing-backs again.

Declan Rice captains the side and is partnered with Czech international Tomáš Souček, continuing a run that has seen the pairing start every Premier League match so far this season.

Jarrod Bowen, the scorer of the winning goal in the 2-1 victory against Aston Villa last time out, also retains his place, as does Pablo Fornals, with the duo supporting the incoming Haller in attack.

The only change among the substitutes sees Robert Snodgrass come into the squad in place of the absent Antonio.

The experienced Scottish midfielder joins Darren Randolph, Ben Johnson, Issa Diop, Manuel Lanzini, Mark Noble and Saïd Benrahma among the options from the bench.
