Bronze, Renard and Hegerberg - Kenza Dali names her Women's World XI!

Kenza Dali dream-team

Champions League winner and French international Kenza Dali talks through her best ever XI…

GK: Sarah Bouhaddi

She’s a goalkeeper you can put a lot of trust in. She also backs herself a lot and she is really talented with her feet as well as her hands. I think, for me, she is the best goalkeeper in the world at the moment.

RB: Lucy Bronze

I could easily do the whole Lyon team, to be honest, but we have to have Bronze in here. She’s so fast and I’m sure she could run all day and not tire. I’ve done drills against her and she is so tough to play against. She has everything!

CB: Wendie Renard

Wendie is a big defender but she is really technical and really fast, and she can score goals as well. She has got so many goals in her career, even though she is a defender.

CB: Griedge Mbock Bathy

When you put Griedge and Wendie together, I think you have the best centre-back pairing in the world. It’s as simple as that for me.

LB: Amel Majri

I’ve known Amel since I was a child. Amel has been playing left-back for Lyon but I prefer her playing in midfield. She has played left-back for France too and she is another exceptional player. She is so quick and has a great delivery.

RM: Kadidiatou Diani

She plays for Paris and she is really strong and fast. I liked to play with her because she always played for the team. She could shoot, but she would prefer to pass and create chances for her teammates. She is one of the best.

CM: Shirley Cruz

I played with her during my five years in Paris and, for me, she is the best No6 in the world. She is really good. You could pass her the ball in a bad way, but she would turn it into a good one, which made her one of the best players.

CM: Amandine Henry

I played with her for about six years and she is very strong. She has a lot of power and can drive through the pitch. It was amazing to play with a player like her.

LM: Eugenie Le Sommer

Oh my word, Eugenie is fast! She scores so many goals as well and she can decide games on her own. Eugenie is able to play forward but, out wide, you really see her speed.

ST: Ada Hegerberg

I played with Ada for two years and she always wanted to show her best. She always trains and plays at 100 per cent. She is a natural-born winner who always wants to score. She was a deserving Ballon d’Or winner.

ST: Marie-Antoinette Katoto

Katoto is so young, but last season she was top scorer in the top division in France. She got 22 goals, which is incredible. She has everything she needs to be successful and she’s only getting better too.
