Haven’t used the Ticket Exchange before? Here’s what to do

Once a fixture is sold out, Season Ticket Holders can list their seat for sale if they are unable to attend the match.

•    Help a fellow supporter attend the match

•    Earn money back to redeem against your Season Ticket renewal

•    Make sure your seat doesn’t go unused.

Even when match tickets have sold out,you still have the chance to be at the game and purchase tickets from Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend and have relisted their seat on the Ticket Exchange.

1. Login to your eticketing account here

2. Select fixture and manage tickets

3. Your seats will be shown. Tick the seat you wish to list and ‘sell tickets’ box

4. Select the time you want to list until (default setting is 3 hours prior to kick off)

5. Click ‘Complete sale’

6. The value of your seat will be displayed - this is the amount of Club Cash you will receive on your account if your seat is purchased

7. Check and tick Terms and Conditions and complete purchase

You will then receive an email stating that your seat has been listed. If your seat is purchased you will receive a further confirmation email.

LIST MY SEAT ON TICKET EXCHANGE

 

1. Visit eticketing.co.uk/WHUFC and select the sold-out fixture you wish to attend

2. Select the ‘Ticket Exchange’ tab

3. Select the quantity of tickets required in each category

4. Review your basket and select ‘Proceed to checkout’

5. Sign in to your eticketing account. If you don’t have one you will be able to create one at this stage

6. Confirm your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email to your eticketing email address
