Manuel Pellegrini has brought Issa Diop back into his starting XI for Saturday’s London derby at Tottenham Hotspur.
The Frenchman comes back in at centre-back alongside Fabian Balbuena, with Angelo Ogbonna dropping to the bench.
Diop’s inclusion is one of two changes to the Hammers backline from last weekend’s draw against Leicester City, with Ryan Fredericks replacing Pablo Zabaleta at right back.
Chicharito has recovered from an ear problem to take a place on the substitutes’ bench, where he is joined by Jack Wilshere, who made his first appearance of 2019 seven days ago.
Felipe Anderson and Michail Antonio are charged with providing Marko Arnautovic with the ammunition up front, with a central three of Declan Rice, Mark Noble and Robert Snodgrass behind them.
Spurs have made four changes to their starting XI from Tuesday's match with Brighton and Hove Albion.
Out go Jan Vertonghen, Kieran Trippier, Victor Wanyama and Fernando Llorente, and in come Davinson Sanchez, Ben Davies, Juan Foyth and Eric Dier.
