West Ham United's U23s twice came from behind at Pride Park on Monday night to record an entertaining 2-2 draw with Derby County.
The Hammers were behind at half-time after Jayden Mitchell-Lawson had tapped in from Marcus Olsson's cross, but Jahmal Hector-Ingram equalised after the restart.
The hosts regained the lead moments later through Josh Shonibare but Nathan Holland was on hand to score a wonderful fourth goal of the evening to take the Hammers' survival quest in Division 1 down to the final day.
