An eight-goal thriller swung in West Ham United U23s' favour on Sunday in Premier League 2 as they were 5-3 winners over Swansea City.
The Hammers were coasting after four goals were scored – by Joe Powell (twice from the penalty spot), an own goal and Sean Adarkwa – were scored without reply until the 69th minute.
Tyler Reid's strike sparked a comeback, but with the game poised at 4-3 in injury time, Hammers sub Veron Parkes added a fifth to finally kill the game off for the hosts.
