West Ham United's U23s suffered their third defeat in succession on Saturday when south coast outfit Brighton & Hove Albion travelled to the Chigwell Construction Stadium and won 4-2.
The Seagulls were three goals in front before Amadou Diallo bagged just before half time and Moses Makasi got a second to re-ignite the contest.
But the hosts could not find an equaliser and instead Brighton added a fourth right at the death to seal the victory.
