Social Hammers - RIP Bobby Moore

The West Ham family came together to pay tribute to the late, great Bobby Moore on Friday - the 24th anniversary of his untimely death at the age of just 51.

The Hammers' social media channels were filled with messages and images honouring West Ham United and England's greatest-ever captain.
