West Ham United Foundation are delighted to announce a never before seen partnership with the Brentwood Community Football Alliance Youth League, which will assist in the Foundation’s growth into the Brentwood area, whilst supporting the growth and development of the clubs within the league.

Consisting of 152 teams, including West Ham United Girls FC, the FA Charter Standard League provides a low cost option to junior teams across Brentwood and the surrounding area and identifies player development as a key aim.

The partnership with West Ham United Foundation will see the league benefit from access to the 30+ programmes currently running in the Essex community, as well as the provision of bespoke events which assist in the development of players, coaches and volunteers within the league’s member clubs.

Access to the Foundation’s programmes will see BCFAYL clubs participate in sessions delivered by West Ham United Academy staff to develop players, potentially leading to initiations to trial for talented youngsters within the league. In addition, member club coaches will have access to workshops delivered by the West Ham United Foundation’s pool of coaching staff, as well as the opportunity to gain coaching qualifications.
