Season Ticket Priority List update

Supporters on the Priority List are now being contacted, in priority order, to schedule Reservation Centre appointments

Now that all Reservation Centre appointment invitations for existing Season Ticket Holders have been issued, the process of extending that opportunity to those on the New Stadium Season Ticket Priority List has begun.

Supporters on the Priority List will be contacted in priority order, based on when they joined,  to schedule a Reservation Centre appointment. These appointments are expected to start from the second week of February.

Supporters should also note that in the event that they cannot be contacted over the phone, they will subsequently receive an email from the Reservation Centre as well.

With a Priority List which exceeds the number of available Season Tickets several times over, it is absolutely imperative to attend a Reservation Centre appointment to avoid missing out.

Supporters will be required to pay a £10 confirmation fee to guarantee an appointment time. This will subsequently be deducted from the final cost of the Season Ticket purchase.

At the Reservation Centre, supporters will be given a presentation about the Stadium and can select their new seats using state-of-the-art Virtual Venue.

Given the volume of supporters on the Priority List, it is naturally going to take considerable time to work through the many thousand people hoping to secure 2016/17 Season Tickets. Fans, therefore, are asked to be patient during this process.

In the first instance, supporters will be contacted over the phone and so are asked to ensure that their contact details are correct. Supporters can update their details via the Online Reservation Centre.

In the event that 2016/17 Season Tickets sell out before everyone on the Priority List is offered an appointment, supporters who miss out this year will automatically be added to the Season Ticket Waiting List for the 2017/18 season.
