Hammers working hard for away fans

West Ham United are pleased to announce the latest series of ticketing schemes in conjunction with the Premier League’s Away Supporters Initiative
West Ham United are pleased to announce the latest series of ticketing schemes in conjunction with the Premier League’s Away Supporters Initiative.

The Club are committed to supporting and rewarding those who travel far and wide to follow the Hammers, as well as improving the experiences of away fans at the Boleyn Ground.

Supporters can look forward to completely free coach travel for three Barclays Premier League fixtures this season.

Firstly, the 550-mile round trip to Sunderland’s Stadium of Light on Saturday 3 October will come at no cost, followed by the Boxing Day journey to Aston Villa and a midweek matchup in Bournemouth on Tuesday 12 January.

The Club can also confirm that they will again be subsidising away match tickets for the trip to Stamford Bridge in March of next year and for one other fixture, still to be confirmed.

Similarly, the Club continue to work hard to put reciprocal ticketing deals in place with fellow Premier League clubs, so that both sets of supporters feel the benefit.

Following the recent visit of Newcastle United to the Boleyn Ground, Hammers fans will be pleased to learn that they will now be charged just £25 for the return trip to St James Park in January 2016.   Conversations are continuing with other Premier League clubs, with a view to setting up similar deals later on in the season.

Elsewhere, supporters can take advantage of discounted Official Club travel and reduced booking fees on away match tickets. West Ham will also continue to take the absolute maximum away allocations wherever possible, regardless of whether tickets are liable to completely sell out or not.

In line with the Club’s longstanding commitment to affordable family football, away supporters visiting the Boleyn Ground this season will again be able to make the most of multiple Kids for a Quid fixtures.

They can also expect away club-specific branding and signage in the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand to promote a friendly, welcoming and secure atmosphere for travelling fans.
