Enner Valencia and Pedro Obiang, both unused substitutes in the 3-1 win away at Crystal Palace, will feature as well as highly rated youngsters Reece Oxford, Elliot Lee, Martin Samuelsen, Josh Cullen and Raphael Spiegel.
Ecuadorean striker Valencia will make his first appearance in claret and blue since returning from an injury he sustained against Astra Giurgiu in the Europa League in late July.
