West Ham United terrace hero and goalkeeper Jimmy Walker recalls his fondest memories of playing at the Boleyn Ground
He may have played just 20 first-team matches for West Ham United, but Jimmy Walker is a true Hammers cult hero.
The goalkeeper spent five seasons at the Boleyn Ground, playing his part as West Ham won promotion back to the Premier League in 2005.
He was sadly injured during the 2005 Championship Play-Off final victory over Preston North End, and then truimphantly chaired around the Millennium Stadium pitch following the final whistle.
The author of the popular 'Walker's World' column in the matchday programme, Walker always played with a smile on his face, and was in typically positive mood when he caught up with West Ham TV to discuss his close relationship with the Club, his Boleyn Ground memories and the current team and goalkeepers.
