Slaven Bilic was hard at work on the training ground as the second group of first-team players started their pre-season preparations in Cork on Tuesday.
The West Ham United manager was present alongside new coaching assistant Julian Dicks and wasted no time putting the players through their paces.
New signing Stephen Hendrie was excited by the first session under the new manager and is delighted to finally join up with his new team-mates following his summer move from Hamilton.
Hendrie said: “With the new manager it has been a good training session and we have put in a good shift. They were short sharp games and it was really good.”
