West Ham United’s preparations for their UEFA Europa League qualifying campaign continued in Cork as the players prepared themselves for another day of hard graft on the training pitch with a swimming pool recovery session.
The squad made use of the state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pools at their training base in Ireland as they got the exertions of the first couple of days’ pre-season training out of their muscles.
The team will be based in Ireland until Monday as they count down to the first game of the season, which is now just a week away on Thursday 2 July.
