#HammersAtTheArrers

Eight Hammers players vied to play in an exhibition match at the Betway Premier League darts finals night at London’s O2 Arena
One West Ham United player is set for the toughest one-on-one of his career – when he lines up for a darts duel in an exhibition match at The O2 in front of thousands of fans.

That’s the prize at stake as we pit the West Ham squad up against each other in our #HammersAtTheArrers tungsten tournament at the club’s Chadwell Heath training ground.

Only one man can represent the Irons against a mystery opponent on Thursday 21 May – but who will it be?

Will either of hotly-tipped twosome James Collins or Kevin Nolan be kings of the oche? Or will one of the outsiders – Carlton Cole, Carl Jenkinson, Joey O’Brien, Diego Poyet, Winston Reid or Alex Song – be on target?

Watch the hilarious video to find out.
The identity of the West Ham player’s O2 adversary will be announced next week and, although the showdown is in London, the Hammers man might not have the backing of the crowd with the contest taking place south of the River Thames.

To mark the occasion, we’re inviting fans to come up with darts nicknames for the eight West Ham players that took part in #HammersAtTheArrers – and be in with a chance of meeting the team at the Betway Premier League Darts final as they cheer on their teammate.

As well as a pair of VIP tickets to the event, the winning entry – as judged by the West Ham players – will bag signed West Ham merchandise and a free £50 bet with Betway. To enter, and for full details, visit twitter.com/betway.
