It has been a busy first day of the Open Weekend at the Boleyn Ground as Season Ticket Holders queued from the crack of dawn to secure additional seats for the final season at the Boleyn Ground.
Season Ticket Holders took full advantage of the opportunity to bag up to two extra tickets for the 2015/16 campaign and it is expected to be a similar affair on Sunday, with the Ticket Office open from the slightly later time of 10am until 4pm.
Saturday’s surge in demand saw long queues on the phone and so the Club strongly advises that, wherever possible, supporters visit the Boleyn Ground in person. Supporters are reminded that both the Betway Stand and East Stand Ticket Offices will be fully operational throughout.
Given the unprecedented interest in seeing the final season at the Boleyn Ground, demand is exceptionally high and requests for additional Season Tickets will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.
Supporters also have the option to call the Stadium Ticket Office on 0871 529 1966, but the phone lines are also very busy, so supporters are urged to be patient while trying to get through.* Please note that additional tickets cannot be purchased online.
Supporters planning to attend the Open Weekend in person are strongly advised to check the Club’s website and Social Media channels before they travel to ensure that additional Season Tickets are still available.
Should Season Tickets remain following the weekend, they will then be made available to supporters on the final season waiting list.
Supporters will be contacted in order of priority on the 2015/16 waiting list and should therefore ensure they are contactable throughout Monday 20 April.
The final season at the Boleyn Ground is one that no Hammers fan will want to miss and a Season Ticket is the only way to guarantee your seat for West Ham’s very last game at the Club’s home of more than a century.
Crucially, all 2015/16 Season Ticket Holders will also receive priority status when it comes to selecting seats at the new Stadium, with the opportunity to choose seats at our New Stadium Reservation Centre in Westfield Stratford City.
