U18s - Squad 2014/15

For decades, West Ham United have been synonymous with the discovery and development of the best young footballers in the country.

At the age of 16, players graduate from schoolboys to scholars, spending the next two seasons working towards what they hope will be their first professional contract.

Overseen by Academy Manager and Head of Coaching and Player Development Terry Westley and managed by Steve Potts, West Ham's U18s compete in the Barclays U18 Premier League South Group during the 2014/15 season.
