West Ham United Community Sports Trust will be running a series of coaching courses during the Whitsun holidays.
Sessions will be held at a variety of locations across east London and Essex, with hundreds of youngsters taking advantage of courses aimed at improving their football skills and general fitness levels, as well as giving them hints on how to lead healthier lifestyles.
However, parents should be advised that courses scheduled to take place at the Gateway Academy in Chadwell St Mary and Hullbridge Sports Centre have unfortunately been cancelled.
As always, the Trust aims to provide a safe and friendly environment for children of all abilities aged 3-15 years to enjoy football, with the emphasis on fun, enjoyment and participation. Each child will be put into a group according to their age and ability.
For training that takes place outdoors, participants are asked to attend in suitable warm/waterproof clothing. Children should also remember to bring a packed lunch with plenty of drinks.

THREE-DAY COURSES

Player Development Courses
All courses will run 10am-3pm and are for 5-15 year olds.
