Charity fundraiser David Annand walked 12 miles around the Boleyn Ground pitch before Saturday's game with Brighton and Hove Albion.
Annand, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer at the age of 49, is raising £5,000 for the Prostate Cancer Charity by walking a total of 500 miles.
With one in nine men in the UK diagnosed with prostate cancer and one man dying every hour from the disease, it is the most common cancer in men in this country.
