Final score - Coventry City 1-2 West Ham United

95 mins - Actually it was a goal kick! Sorry. It matters not as Murphy clears and the final whistle is blown. Cole has been magnificent again as a half-time substitute, while Faubert was also outstanding. Green was impressive and the centre-backs stood firm during the late Coventry pressure. That's five away wins in nine games - and just one defeat - for the Hammers. West Ham TV will have exclusive extended highlights and post-match reaction soon.

95 mins - Into added time at the end of added time and Piquionne wins a corner. Surely the game is over now?

94 mins - It might not matter as McCartney wins the ball and makes 50 yards down the touchline before winning a throw. Less than 30 seconds left.

93 mins - Collison has just missed a sitter. Noble wins the ball from Bigirimana and West Ham have men over. Piquionne gets into the box and pulls it back for McCartney. He helps the ball on to Collison, who somehow clears the crossbar from close-range with the net gaping.

91 mins - A ball over O'Brien finds Bigirimana in space on the left side of the penalty area. He has time, but instead slices his cross straight into the hands of Green.

91 mins - Into the first of four added minutes as Cole beats two defenders before being denied by the knees of the sliding Murphy. The ball is cleared and Faye wins the header to Piquionne. He helps it on to Collison, who is offside.

89 mins - West Ham are sitting deep. Bigirimana tries his luck from 25 yards. Green collects easily as the shot was not well hit.

88 mins - The corner is taken short before Cole and Faubert combine. The latter crosses and the ball drops to Collison. His pass is mis-controlled by Nolan. Goal kick.

87 mins - The Sky Blues are piling it on, but West Ham are standing firm. A couple of blocks and a Green punch before the ball is cleared to Cole. Faubert is sent away down the right and he wins a pressure-releasing corner.

85 mins - Coventry win a corner off O'Brien. It's taken short and Bigirimana and Baker work some space before the latter goes to ground with nobody near him. West Ham clear.

84 mins - Baker makes some space down the left to cross. The ball is half-cleared to Clingan, whose shot is charged down superbly by Nolan.

83 mins - Platt has a chance to double his tally but his header from Clingan's cross flashes wide. A warning for the Hammers that this game is not won yet.

83 mins - It's 4-4-1-1 now for West Ham, with Cole up top with Piquionne behind. A flat midfield four with Noble in the centre with Nolan.

81 mins - O'Brien goes to right-back, with Faubert moving into midfield. The No18 nearly benefits straight away as O'Brien wins a tackle and Piquionne sends him away. He crosses for Cole, but it's just too high.

80 mins - Wood replaces right-back Christie. Wood is a centre-back by trade. Sam Baldock is also replaced, with Joey O'Brien coming on in his place.

79 mins - Collison puts off Jutkiewicz as the striker tries to cross from the left. As a result, the ball is just too high for Baker, whose header loops into the hands of Green.

78 mins - The away fans are singing Piquionne's name. Meanwhile, Coventry will send on Richard Wood shortly.

77 mins - McSheffrey is replaced by Baker. That's Piquionne's first goal since 22 January, when West Ham drew 2-2 at Everton. Let's hope the result isn't repeated today.

75 mins - GOAL! Piquionne! I'm not sure he knew much about that. Faubert collects wide right and sends a diagonal ball over the Coventry back four. Piquionne attacks it but stumbles. The ball hits his knee - I think - and rolls past Murphy!

73 mins - McSheffrey concedes a free-kick wide on the West Ham left. Noble takes and the ball eludes everyone and is safely collected by Murphy. Still plenty of time for the Hammers to score a winner.

72 mins - The away fans are really behind the Hammers now, trying to suck the ball into the net! The visitors are all over Coventry as Piquionne's shot is blocked.

70 mins - I'm told by a friend that  there is a West Ham fan in Gary McSheffrey's Executive Box. I bet he was celebrating too!

69 mins - GOAL! Cole has done it again. Green played a massive part in that, collecting a cross and immediatelty spotting Coventry were short at the back. His long pass finds Cole, who holds off his man, makes his way into the penalty area and beats Murphy. The 6,300 behind the goal go absolutely ballistic!

68 mins - Faubert collects and tries to loft a pass over the top for Piquionne. It's a yard too strong and Murphy collects.

67 mins - Coventry are creaking a bit as Cole holds the ball up. Nolan tries to dribble through but he is tackled.

65 mins - West Ham are having all the play now. Cole controls inside the box before laying the ball off to Faubert. He crosses and Cole flies in to try and win a diving header. A defender clears to Noble on the edge of the box and he lashes a first-time shot over the top. Frustrating.

64 mins - Noble controls well and beats one defender before going to ground right on the edge of the box. I'm not sure if he was fouled or not. Mr Stroud thinks not.

62 mins - Piquionne flicks on Noble's corner, Baldock recovers and Faubert crosses from the right. Cole wins it, but the ball hits a defender before bouncing through to Murphy.

61 mins - Diop feeds Faubert and his deep cross is headed only as far as Noble. He lays the ball off to Collison, whose shot is deflected behind. Before the corner, Piquionne is on for Diop.

60 mins - Tomkins does well to head McSheffrey's corner out. The No11 gets the ball back and exchanges passes with Hussey before dragging his shot wide. Piquionne will be on in a short while.

59 mins - Faubert goes into the book for catching Jutkiewicz. Play goes on and Hussey's cross is diverted behind by Diop. Corner.

58 mins - West Ham are showing signs. Collison finds McCartney, whose high cross is gathered by Murphy at the second attempt.

57 mins - Chances at both ends now. The ball drops to Noble and he shoots, but it's well wide. Murphy takes longer than necessary to take the goal kick and gets a quick talking to from the referee.

56 mins - A long punt forward is controlled by Jutkiewicz, who spins and tests Green with a 25-yarder. Green dives to his left and pushes the ball behind for Coventry's first corner. McSheffrey's kick is cleared by Nolan. Christie lofts it back into the danger area but Faubert is fouled.

55 mins - Baldock wins a corner - the first of the match. Noble takes and Christie heads over his own crossbar. Noble sends the second kick across and Mr Stroud blows for an infringement. The home fans cheer with relief.

53 mins - Collison, Noble and McCartney have some possession out on the left and appear to have worked an opening when Noble slides a ball through for the No10. Collison takes a touch before slicing his left-footed cross behind.

52 mins - Cranie jogs back on.

51 mins - Cranie is down on the turf after going into a challenge with Cole. He appears to have hurt his left leg as he walks slowly to the touchline. He will be back on within a minute, I would guess.

49 mins - Faubert gets in behind Hussey and crosses, but it's cut out. The ball is cleared by the home side and Faye clashes with Jutkiewicz. He is perhaps lucky as he appears to clash with the striker as the latter runs past him. Yellow card for Faye. Today's crowd is 20,524.

47 mins - It looks like West Ham have gone 4-4-2, with Collison wide left, Noble wide right and Baldock up alongside Cole.

4.06pm - Noble and Baldock get the second 45 minutes underway. West Ham are now kicking towards the travelling hordes. Can that inspire them to get back into this game?

4.05pm - The Hammers are first out of the tunnel for the second half, closely followed by the Sky Blues. It is Carew who will be replaced by Cole, who scored the winner as West Ham came from behind to win 2-1 on their previous visit to the Ricoh Arena in October 2007.

Cole is going to be on after half-time. He is stripped down to his kit and out on the pitch warming-up with Joey O'Brien. Cole turned the game at Hull a fortnight ago. Can he do so again this afternoon?

Half-time score - Coventry City 1-0 West Ham United

47 mins - Cole is out warming up... A throw-in comes across and the half-time whistle is blown. West Ham have it all to do after the break.

46 mins - Into the first of two added minutes and Baldock breaks the offside trap before laying the ball back to McCartney. Miscommunication between the two and the ball rolls harmlessly behind for a goal kick.

44 mins - Green does well to claim a high cross from the left under pressure from Platt. The goalkeeper is then prevented from taking the kick quickly. The referee is involved again, talking to Jutkiewicz and Tomkins.

41 mins - McSheffrey is booked after a coming together with Faubert on the far side.

38 mins - Determined play down the left from McCartney, who wins a header down the touchline before being baulked by Keogh. Free-kick. Noble curls over a superb delivery and Faye wins it, but the ball flashes inches wide of the far post. The defender has his head in his hands. That was very close.

36 mins - Platt has another chance, this time in the air. He rises above Tomkins but the effort is not powerful enough to trouble Green.

33 mins - GOAL! Coventry lead. A low cross from the right-back Christie is allowed to reach Platt in the middle of the penalty area. He controls, turns and slams a left-foot shot high into the net before Green can move.

32 mins - Carew points for Collison to play the ball over the top, so the Welshman does so. Carew is second-favourite, but wins a throw. It comes to nothing.

31 mins - Carew holds the ball up strongly from Faye's clearance and is fouled. Noble tries to take the kick quickly to Collison, but is waved back by referee Stroud. Noble takes the kick a second time and Tomkins wins the header, but Coventry again clear their lines.

30 mins - We are a third of the way through and I can honestly say we have had only one or two what you would even call half-chances. It's been very tight.

28 mins - Only Faubert knows if that was a shot or a cross. The Frenchman sent a high ball in from at least 40 yards out that curled just over the crossbar.

27 mins - Noble is involved again as his neat flick sets Nolan away into space. He tries to play in Baldock, but Clingan gets his head in the way. Just.

25 mins - That's West Ham's best move of the game. Noble sends a diagonal pass out to Faubert. His cross is blocked and the right-back then misses his header before volleying a high ball along the edge of the box. Baldock controls and lays off for Noble, whose first-time strike flies a couple of yards over the top. Well-struck, but just too high.

23 mins - West Ham have a bit of the ball in the Coventry half. Baldock holds it up before finding Noble. He sends a crossfield pass to Faubert, who stands up a cross for Carew. Murphy comes out and catches well above the Norwegian's head. Good goalkeeping.

21 mins - Left-back Hussey does well to control a diagonal pass, but his volleyed cross is wayward and flies over the crossbar and into the West Ham fans.

19 mins - Diop is booked for a pretty soft challenge on Bigirimana. Referee Stroud points around to tell the Senegalese midfielder that the yellow card is for a number of indiscretions.

17 mins - West Ham are not having a huge deal of possession, but they do have an attacking chance as goalkeeper Murphy rushes out to head Faubert's pass into the stand. McCartney sends the cross over and Carew wins it, but Nolan cannot benefit.

16 mins - Carew has given away a number of free-kicks already. This time, he is penalised for a push on Keogh. I'm not sure Carew's size doesn't count against him sometimes. He is so big and powerful that defenders are naturally going to bounce of him.

14 mins - Cristian Montano has scored on his debut for Dagenham & Redbridge. They are now drawing 1-1 with Southend United.

13 mins - McCartney might be a bit lucky to escape a caution there as he brings down Thomas near the touchline. Free-kick to Coventry. Clingan takes and Carew heads clear at the near post. Still no real pattern to the game, as yet.

12 mins - Frank Nouble has put Gillingham 1-0 up at Aldershot Town.

10 mins - The free-kick is a good one. It is headed clear to Nolan, who nods back into the six-yard box. Carew flicks on and the goalkeeper punches clear from the top of Tomkins' head. The ball looks to be dropping to Collison eight yards out, but the Sky Blues scramble it clear.

9 mins - A Green free-kick is mis-controlled by Carew but only half-cleared to Diop, who receives a kick from McSheffrey. Free-kick to the Hammers, about 35 yards out. Noble to take...

7 mins - Not much in the way of goalmouth action so far. Coventry try to play a give-and-go on the left edge of the penalty area, but Collison is there to clear up the danger with a neat turn. Coventry are also playing 4-3-3 with Platt flanked by McSheffrey and Jutkiewicz. Clingan is playing in the centre of midfield, with Thomas to his right and Bigirimana to his left.

5 mins - McCartney is fouled on halfway. The left-back himself takes the kick but Carew is penalised for a push on a defender. That was an easy decision for referee Keith Stroud to make.

3 mins - A first chance to put pressure on as Carew wins a throw inside the Coventry half. West Ham keep possession before Baldock is caught offside. It's 4-3-3 for the Hammers, with Baldock wide left and Collison wide right. Diop is anchoring the midfield.

2 mins - Green's long clearance is cleared by Coventry before Baldock concedes a throw.

The 6,300 travelling Hammers behind Robert Green's goal

3.02pm - We are underway as Coventry kick-off. The Sky Blues keep possession for a while before Platt is penalised for a foul.

The two teams emerge from the tunnel

3pm - We are having a minute's silence to commemorate Remembrance Day and also the Coventry Blitz of November 1940. The city bore the brunt of a terrible bombing raid 71 years ago and it is fitting that the event is marked with such a gesture.

2.57pm - Here come the two teams...

2.56pm - A number of loanees are in action this afternoon. Cristian Montano makes his Dagenham & Redbridge debut at home to League Two leaders Southend United, while Herita Ilunga starts for Doncaster Rovers at Barnsley in the Championship. Callum McNaughton's AFC Wimbledon host Paolo Di Canio's Swindon Town, while Frank Nouble starts for Gillingham at Aldershot Town. Finally, Rob Hall makes his second Oxford United 'debut' at Crawley Town.

2.54pm - The two teams are back in their dressing rooms. Meanwhile, I can report that the Under-18s returned to winning ways with a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace earlier today. England U18 winger Matthias Fanimo netted twice, while Elliot Lee bagged West Ham's other goal.

Fitness coach Eamon Swift puts the players through their paces

2.50pm - The 6,000-plus West Ham fans are congregating behind the goal to my right. They are making plenty of din, but it's being drowned out by the Manic Street Preachers at the moment! This must be the loudest PA system in the world!

Neil McDonald issues the players with some last-minute instructions

2.04pm - That's three changes for the Sky Blues from their 4-2 home defeat by Southampton, with James McPake, Nathan Cameron and Gary Deegan making way for Chris Hussey, Gael Bigirimana and Clive Platt. Striker Platt's recall suggests Coventry may employ a 4-3-3 formation today, with Lukas Jutkiewicz and Gary McSheffrey playing off the big front man.

Kevin Nolan and James Tomkins will both start at Coventry City

2.01pm - The Coventry City side is also in...

Coventry City: Murphy, Christie, Hussey, Cranie, Keogh, Clingan, Thomas, Bigirimana, McSheffrey, Jutkiewicz, Platt
Subs: Dunn, Cameron, Wood, McDonald, Baker

1.57pm - The starting XI is unchanged from the 2-0 win at Hull City a fortnight ago. So, that means Carlton Cole again starts on the bench. The only changes among the replacements see Joey O'Brien replace Dan Potts and Marek Stech replace Peter Kurucz.
West Ham United: Green, Faubert, Tomkins, Faye, McCartney, Diop, Noble, Nolan, Collison, Baldock, Carew
Subs: Stech, O'Brien, Sears, Piquionne, Cole

The travelling army welcome the Hammers to the Ricoh Arena

Good afternoon and welcome to a misty and chilly Ricoh Arena for today's npower Championship meeting between Coventry City and West Ham United.

Today, the Hammers will be cheered on by more than 6,300 travelling supporters - the largest contingent to attend an away fixture since the vital Play-Off decider at Wigan Athletic in May 2004.

The Hammers have put together a superb away record so far in 2011/12, winning four, drawing three and losing just one of their eight games played so far. Coventry, meanwhile, have won just two of their eight home league fixtures.

Sam Allardyce's side are unbeaten in their previous four league fixtures, winning at Brighton & Hove Albion and Hull City, beating Leicester City at home and drawing with Bristol City. In all, West Ham have won nine and lost just three of their 16 league games.

Coventry, in contrast, have won just twice in 16 league games and were beaten 4-2 at home by leaders Southampton last time out. Andy Thorn's side have not won any of their previous five matches.

Team news-wise, Big Sam welcomes back Joey O'Brien to his squad after a hamstring injury, while Guy Demel is ready for action after coming through two development squad fixtures in recent weeks. Academy defender Dan Potts has travelled with the first-team squad again after being named as a substitute for the first time at Hull City a fortnight ago.

Coventry have a number of injury doubts, with defenders Martin Cranie, Richard Wood, James McPake and Chris Hussey all battling to be fit.

The teams will be announced at just after 2pm on the club's official twitter feed.
