Final score - West Ham United 2-2 West Bromwich

94 mins - The ball is lumped up the pitch and Dyer is offside when Parker hacks it on. It matters not, though, as the full-time whistle is blown.

92 mins - I don't believe this. We're in added time and it's West Brom going for a winner. They have yet another corner for Brunt to whip in. He over-hits it, but Ibanez makes something of it by heading against Gabbidon. The ball bounces behind again. Brunt sends it over and a visiting head wins it, but Ibanez can't direct the ball on target.

91 mins - West Brom have a corner... Brunt to take left-footed. Piquionne heads clear at the near post. Moments later, the Baggies have another corner.

90 mins - We're going to have at least four more minutes. Can the Hammers find a priceless winner?

88 mins - Barrera is off and Benni McCarthy is on. Wrst Brom replace Odemwingie with Fortune.

87 mins - Barrera runs backwards and finds Kovac, who gives the ball to Gabbidon. He turns towards his own goal and loses the ball to Odemwingie. He tugs the striker back and is booked.

86 mins - Obinna backheels the ball infield to Barrera. He draws his defender and has to knock the ball inside for Piquionne to be through on goal... He chooses instead to try and beat his man and is muscled out of it. That was the wrong decision.

83 mins - That's a talking point. Piquionne plays the ball into Dyer and goes for the return but is blocked off by Cech. Piquionne wants something, maybe an indirect free-kick for obstruction. He holds his hands out, but nothing is given.

79 mins - West Ham win the ball back and Obinna brings it forward. Barrera hangs up a cross and Dyer gets his head to it, but his effort lacks the power to beat Carson.

78 mins - Obinna and Piquionne combine before the latter wins a corner off Ibanez. It is cleared.

76 mins - Cole is off and Obinna is on for the final 14 minutes or so. Come on Victory, this is the perfect night to net your first Premier League goal...

75 mins - Cole is injured. He looks like he's hurt his hamstring. He sits down on the turf and is going to need to be replaced. West Brom are also going to make a change. Thomas is replaced by Giles Barnes.

73 mins - Poor control from Kovac and he brings down a West Brom midfielder and is booked.

71 mins - GOAL! Brunt is handed a second chance to cross and he makes no mistake this time. He picks out Ibanez at the back post. The Spaniard is completely unmarked and makes no mistake, heading powerfully past Green.

71 mins - The Baggies are enjoying some possession here and a ball over from Brunt is headed behind by Gabbidon. Corner. The initial ball is cleared, but...

69 mins - A quick throw to Odemwingie catches the Hammers off-guard. The Nigerian shoots and Green shows fine handling to catch by his near post. England goalkeeper coach Ray Clemence, who is in the crowd, will no doubt have been impressed by that.

67 mins - West Brom replace midfielder Dorrans with striker Simon Cox. Seconds later, the substitute is involved, shooting just wide from 25 yards.

65 mins - Dyer does well to pick out Piquionne wide on the right, but the Frenchman's cross is too high for Cole. Reid controls on his chest and Carson collects.

62 mins - Argh! Barrera wins back possession wide on the left and runs infield before beating a man and passing to Dyer, who instantly flicks the ball into the path of Piquionne. He takes a touch and drives the ball a foot past the far post.

60 mins - Oooh! Cole wins the ball back on halfway and finds Piquionne. The Frenchman picks out Dyer with a nice through ball, but he's just offside. Ibanez shoves Dyer in the back and he collides with Carson and bangs his head. The physio checks him over and he is soon back in the action.

58 mins - Brunt picks out Thomas with an absolutely outstanding crossfield pass. Thomas controls and cuts inside but his shot is mis-hit well wide of the near post.

57 mins - It's all getting a bit tasty out there. Parker goes in for a heavy challenge with Thomas and comes off second-best. Replays show the winger caught the No8 late, but referee Dean only gives a West Ham throw.

54 mins - Before the corner is taken, Boa Morte is taken off and replaced by Boa Morte. The No13 was booked earlier in the incident that led to the West Brom penalty.

53 mins - The Hammers are going for a third. First, Dyer cuts inside and sees his shot blocked. Then the No7 wins the ball back and finds Piquionne, who wins a corner.

52 mins - West Ham can't afford to sit on this lead and invite West Brom on to them. As if by way of warning, Odemwingie fires a cross across the face of goal. Morrison is there at the far post, but can't control and the ball goes behind.

50 mins - GOAL! Piquionne runs up and sends Carson the wrong way from the spot with a confident penalty. Advantage West Ham...

49 mins - Penalty to West Ham! Piquionne does well to hold the ball up before finding Dyer. He lays the ball back to Parker, who passes into the box. A defender can't control and Dyer gets the wrong side of Tamas, who brings him down.

48 mins - I'm not sure what is wrong with Dorrans, but he has the physio on before getting up and walking to the touchline. A few moments later, Dorrans is back on.

46 mins - The Baggies get us back underway. Carson is hurried into a clearance by Cole. Boa Morte challenges Dorrans and clearly wins the ball, but referee Dean gives a free-kick to West Brom. Hmmm...

Right, come on West Ham. Let's build on that world-class strike from Parker and get ourselves a massive win. No changes from either manager at the break.

Half-time score - West Ham United 1-1 West Bromwich Albion

46 mins - It's all happening. Boa Morte holds off two West Brom defenders before making a bit of space. He shoots left-footed and Carson claws the ball to safety. Seconds later, the half-time whistle blows. Well, for 44 minutes, that wasn't very special, to be honest. Hopefully that goal will give the Hammers the boost they need to go on and win this game.

45 mins - What a difference a goal makes! West Ham have a corner. Barrera takes and Gabbidon wins it, but it's too close to Carson. He again springs the away side on the attack and it looks like West Ham are stretched. The ball is laid back to Brunt, who drags his shot wide of the far post.

43 mins - GOAL! That is even more ridiculous. After four or five minutes of nothing, Dyer wins the ball back deep in the West Brom half and passes to Cole. He is challenged but the ball rolls into the path of Parker, who slams an unstoppable shot into the top left-hand corner. That is a Goal of the Season contender. It's also Parker's fifth goal of the season!

38 mins - GOAL! Odemwingie strolls up and tucks the penalty into the bottom right-hand corner. This is ridiculous.

37 mins - The follow-up shot is blocked behind and West Brom have a corner. The ball comes over and Boa Morte is penalised for a push on Reid.

36 mins - The ball is being given away too cheaply in midfield. Upson fouls Odemwingie wide on the right. Brunt sends in a wicked bouncing free-kick which Green does well to push away.

33 mins - Barrera and Piquionne have switched flanks, but it's still West Brom creating the clearer openings. Odemwingie shows a couple of tricks before laying the ball back to Brunt. He takes a touch and Parker slides in to block his shot. The ball loops high in the air and Green catches.

31 mins - This isn't very good, to be honest. Brunt finds Odemwingie and his shot hits Gabbidon and flies out for a corner.

29 mins - West Ham win another corner following good work from Dyer. Barrera takes from the right side and Cole heads about a yard over the top. I think Carson would have had that covered, to be honest.

25 mins - It's not really happening so far, to be honest. West Ham need to move the ball a bit quicker and break West Brom down before they can get organised at the back and in midfield. Parker commits a foul about 30 yards out. Brunt curls the ball over and Ibanez heads over.

22 mins - Piquionne wins the ball back with a sliding challenge in midfield and Barrera is away into space. He beats one man before trying to find Cole, but his pass is cut out.

20 mins - Better. Barrera loses his man in midfield and brings the ball into the centre circle. He finds Cole, who checks inside on to his right foot, but drags his shot wide of the near post from 20 yards.

18 mins - West Ham are having all of the ball, but as yet they haven't shown enough quality to break down the Baggies massed ranks.

16 mins - Morrison strides forward in his yellow boots and nobody closes him down. He shoots from nearly 30 yards and the ball flies into the Bobby Moore Stand.

15 mins - Albion are clearly happy to play on the break. When West Ham have the ball, they are sitting back with a back four and a line of five in front of them.

13 mins - Barrera's delivery is poor and headed clear at the near post.

12 mins - Parker finds Jacobsen out wide on the right. He controls and wins another corner.

11 mins - Carson immediately sets up a break and it's three on two in West Brom's favour. Odemwingie is in loads of space to the right, but Thomas shoots from 25 yards and again it is straight at Green.

10 mins - Cole, Boa Morte and Dyer do well and the move ends with a Hammers corner. The crowd urge their team on... Barrera takes and the ball somehow eludes everyone. Boa Morte retrieves it, but his cross is too close to Carson.

9 mins - Wigan are also losing, at home to Liverpool courtesy of Fernando Torres. Now all West Ham need to do is score...

8 mins - West Ham have two fantastic chances to break, but both come to nothing. First, Parker nicks in but is crowded out by Cech, then Boa Morte has a chance to play in Dyer, but picks the wrong option and Reid intercepts. West Brom nearly take advantage, but Odemwingie shoots low and straight at Green.

7 mins - Green hacks a ball upfield and Piquionne wins the flick-on, but Cole can't quite get on the end of it. Again, Carson is there to claim.

6 mins - Cole, Boa Morte and Barrera combine down the left before Piquionne forces Brunt to head behind for a corner. Well, it should be a corner, but referee Mike Dean blows for a soft foul by Piquionne on the Northern Ireland midfielder.

5 mins - Dyer looks lively already, skipping past one tackle before trying to play in Piquionne, but the pass is too strong and rolls through to Carson.

4 mins - Wolves are a goal down to Arsenal already, with Marouane Chamakh on target for the Gunners.

3 mins - It is worked short to Boa Morte, who finds Dyer again before Piquionne wins a throw. West Ham keep up the pressure, but Tamas is able to head clear.

2 mins - Dyer breaks down the right and lays the ball back to Piquionne who is fouled. The forward looks to be in a bit of pain, but he's quickly up on his feet. Free-kick to the hosts...

1 min - Nothing giving in the early running as the ball goes out for a goal kick to West Brom.

7.46pm - West Ham kick-off shooting towards the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand...

7.45pm - Steve Bacon, who is featured in this month's FourFourTwo magazine, is called into action to take the mascots' photos alongside captains Matthew Upson and Scott Carson. Luckily, Bacon makes it to the touchline without being tripped up by one of the youngsters. If you want to know what I'm on about, type in 'Steve Bacon mascot' on YouTube...

7.44pm - The same traffic that delayed West Brom's coach - due to a crash on the nearby Beckton flyover on the A13, I am told - looks like it may have prevented a few fans from getting here on time. Let's hope they get here soon as this one promises to be a cracker.

7.42pm - The two teams are in the tunnel. 'Bubbles' starts to play and we're rapidly approaching kick-off. Here come the two teams...

7.40pm - Victory tonight, combined with defeats for Wolves and Wigan at home to Arsenal and Liverpool respectively would carry West Ham up two places to 18th in the standings. That is certainly not beyond the realms of possibility, I would suggest.

7.38pm - Bobby Gould is introduced to the crowd. The forward was an unused substitute in the 1975 FA Cup final win over Fulham. That tale and quite a few others form the basis for his recently-publised autobiography '24 Carat Gould', which is available now from the three club stores at Lakeside, the Boleyn Ground and Romford's Liberty Shopping Centre.

7.35pm - Just to clear up any confusion. Mark Noble is absent as he had his appendix out last Monday, while Manu da Costa is not fit enough to be considered after receiving a kick in the defeat at Arsenal. Zavon Hines has returned to full training and is hoping to be back in reserve-team action soon.

7.30pm - Blackpool have made ten changes to their side for tonight's game against Aston Villa ahead of Saturday's trip to the Boleyn Ground. Back here, West Brom didn't arrive at the stadium until just before 7pm. Both sets of players are out on the pitch warming up this evening, and they'll need to because there is a decided chill in the air in east London this evening.

Good evening and welcome to a cold but clear Boleyn Ground for tonight's Barclays Premier League fixture between West Ham United and West Bromwich Albion.

West Ham go into the game on a run of just two defeats in their last ten matches in all competitions. However, Avram Grant will be eager to chalk up three league points against the newly-promoted Baggies.

Tonight's visitors have lost each of their last two league matches, going down 2-1 at Blackpool and 2-0 at home to Manchester City. The Baggies will also be without injured centre-back Jonas Olsson and the suspended midfielder Youssuf Mulumbu, who was sent-off in Sunday's defeat by City.

Team news-wise, Grant will have to do without the suspended Julien Faubert, who is serving the second of a three-match ban, and Valon Behrami, who is nursing a minor hip injury. Behrami's place is taken by Kieron Dyer, who made an impressive cameo in Saturday's draw at Birmingham City.

Further forward, Victor Obinna drops to the bench, with Pablo Barrera taking his place on the right of a three-pronged attack.
