England take Hall to finals

Robert Hall has been confirmed in the England squad for the 2010 UEFA European Under-17 Championship which gets under way next week.

The West Ham United striker, who was given his maiden taste of first-team action with a friendly at Grays Athletic last July, featured in all three matches as the Young Lions won Elite qualifying round Group 7 last month. England were the mini-tournament hosts and will be one of eight nations involved at the finals.
