Boxers square up at Boleyn

West Ham United fans got their first look at Kevin Mitchell and Michael Katsidis on the Boleyn Ground pitch when the boxers were presented to the crowd on Sunday.

Mitchell and Katsidis will face off this coming Saturday night for the WBO interim lightweight title, and they naturally received a mixed response when appearing in front of nearly 35,000 fans. Mitchell, from Dagenham, was given a tremendous reception at his beloved club while Australia's Katsidis was not so warmly received.

Thousands of Hammers fans will provide more of the same this weekend when the Mitchell-Katsidis fight tops a packed undercard of elite boxing at the Boleyn.  Supporters wanting an extra special experience can take advantage of special hospitality packages, but demand is high.
