Season tickets continue to sell well but supporters should remember they have less than two weeks to make sure of their seat before Barclays Premier League action returns to the Boleyn.

The Hammers get started away to Aston Villa on Saturday but it will not be long before Bolton Wanderers are heading to the Boleyn Ground for the first home game on 21 August. New manager Avram Grant is well aware of the part fans can play in a team's success, having already praised them for their strong support during Saturday's SBOBET Cup.

"The home fans were great," Grant said of the backing received during the 5-3 penalties win after a goalless draw against RC Deportivo La Coruna. "It was a very warm welcome. We will do everything to make them happy this year. It was a good atmosphere and I enjoyed that.

"They were behind us, it was not an easy game for the supporters to get into because Deportivo passed the ball at the back and they didn't play in the English way. It was difficult to press. The supporters were with us."

Grant also took the opportunity to thank all the travelling fans this summer in his programme notes and admitted that it seemed like he had been in east London for longer than two months. "I feel like I have been here many years already. The welcome from the supporters has been great and also from everyone in the club. I am looking forward to the season."

Fans who cannot purchase a season ticket should check out the club's great membership schemes with money-saving offers and great incentives. Members can buy tickets before they go on general sale - needed for those 'big four' matches and derby dates - and young fans can also get special deals. Remember as well, Bolton is Kids for a Quid and is proving hugely popular.
