West Ham United can confirm that the final away game of the season at Fulham has been put back 24 hours to Sunday 2 May.
The match, which will kick-off at 3pm, has been switched due to Fulham's UEFA Europa League semi-final commitments against Hamburger SV on the previous Thursday. The Hammers will head to Craven Cottage hoping to maintain an unbeaten run there stretching back to the 1974/75 season.
